Thank you for making the process so smooth! I can honestly say Riverhead Toyota turned things around from some previous bad experiences. We went to ALL the Toyota dealerships on the Island before finally deciding to buy here. YES, ALL because we were looking for a specific vehicle and trim and they had it. BUT For the record: This a real and honest review because I am really pleased with the good vibes there; so I was compelled to write this to help others. It has been really tough finding a dealer who is NOT just trying to pressure you into something you don't want or some crazy numbers. Russell, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts; You really made sure everything worked out great! Your honesty and transparency with us from the beginning is truly appreciated. Russell, (our salesperson) really went the extra mile and treated us like great friends. It is a bonus that he is really funny too! Great guy. He took all our doubts away, answered all our questions, kept in touch with us making sure everything ran smoothly till delivery date. The final steps at signing was a breeze too. The ladies in the office are really nice and straightforward, making the process as painless as possible. Lol. Ask for Russell, he will treat you like a great friend all the way to the end. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! HAD THEM QUOTE ME A PRICE ON MY CAR FOR$635 WHEN I ARRIVE THER THEY TOLD ME IT WAS $1000 WORST PART IS THEY DIDNT EVEN USE TOYOTA PARTS THEY PUT AUTOZONE PARTS ON MY CAR PLEASE DONT USE THEM SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!!! UPDATE: Had previously left a one star review, but after leaving the review, Eddy reached out to me and was able to resolve the issue in my review and give me partial refund.

Toyota got me help in an emergency without an appointment. They were honest, fair and helpful. I was towed there, and my car wasn’t really much of a problem. I just couldn’t read the dipstick after I changed the oil. I expected the worst

I had an oil change and tire rotation on my RAV4. The appointment was for 230 and I waited about 45 minutes for the car to be ready. All went well.

I highly recommend Ali Shah at Riverhead Toyota. He was thorough, efficient, very knowledgeable and really pleasant to work with. An all around excellent experience.
