I purchased a brand new vehicle. Ordering the car was seamless. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The entire process from entering the dealership, signing the docs and finalizing payment took 40 minutes. I was out the door right away. Car was waiting at the door. If I decide to purchase a new vehicle again, definitely would come back. Kudos for Earl the plushie my son loved it!

The customer service representative James who was assigned to me was great! James was very friendly and helpful. Service was good but pricey. Next time I will do my due diligence to find out what things cost elsewhere before agreeing to their added service recommendations.
