We absolutely love our new 2025 Toyota Prius PHEV XSE, and Ian was an incredible salesman to work with! This is actually the third Toyota we’ve purchased in the past three months—each from a different part of the country—but that’s a story for another time; for now, let’s just call it the price of having twins.
We used Toyota’s SmartPath app to find a Prius Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) with the exact color and features we wanted—without extra add-ons that would increase the cost. Our main priorities were the right features, price, and delivery timeline. As a bonus, we also factored in location, travel costs, and things to do in the area. After about an hour of searching, we zeroed in on Riverside Toyota in NY.
Ian and the team at Riverside Toyota made the entire process seamless. They delivered on every aspect, from pricing to communication. Ian even checked if Alabama requires a front license plate (it doesn’t) and made sure the team didn’t drill unnecessary holes in the car—a small but much-appreciated detail. He even had the car set aside, ready for our arrival. Despite my wife and my poor planning (I didn’t check his work schedule), Ian came in on his day off and even offered to pick us up from the airport!
