Quick and courteous, but a little distant. I took the Camry in for inspection for my wife. I have a Telluride and I have taken it to both South shore and Generation Kia. The people there are much more friendly than the people here at Toyota. (I actually walked into this dealership in late 2019 with $10,000 cash in my pocket to buy a Toyota, but I just did not get the right vibe from the people at Riverhead Toyota. When I walked into Southshore Kia I put down that deposit within 15 minutes.). Nothing changed at Riverhead Toyota.) that said, Riverhead does a good job servicing the Camry, and I guess that is the most important aspect of the dealership

Went in to buy a new Tacoma and was set up with Jay who was able to quickly get us looking at the model I was interested in without any pressure to get us to make a deal at that second. I came back in the next day to work out a deal and ended up speaking with the sales manager Chris who was able to secure a great deal for me. Dan helped us wrap up the deal and took the time to get me familiar with the truck and make sure I knew each feature while also being a friendly representative and showing true professionalism and courtesy. I’ll be more than happy to give them future business with my next vehicle. From my initial inquiry online I was happy with the responsiveness & professionalism from Riverhead Toyota. Ali was wonderful, answered all my questions and gave me direct, clear answers - unlike other dealerships I was shopping at. Matt was also great and took the time to reach out to the lender and adjust my interest rate to match other offers I received. Jeff did a great job providing an excellent customer experience from his welcoming smile along with his no pressure attitude. We purchased 13 Toyota's from various dealers. This experience was by far the most pleasurable. When we picked up the car, Jeff walked us through each and every feature of the car, another thing that did not happen in the past. Since we are loyal to the Toyota brand, we will be loyal to Jeff and Riverhead Toyota.

What an amazing experience! Stacey, Nick, Jay, and Craig all made this whole car buying thing easy! When people have worked somewhere for 10-20 years, it says something. They are honest, the fees are reasonable (and lower than other dealerships), and there was no nonsense. We drove from Manhattan and it was worth the drive. Stacey stayed in touch to make sure the sale went through without an issue. I absolutely recommend.

Awaiting a delivery date for my 2026 RAV4, but Russell was a pleasure to work with and very fair in negotiations. Matt in Financing was also a pleasure to deal with as well. They have a very organized system for service department. Get you in ontime for appointment. My wait time is an hour or less for regular scheduled maintenance. A very nice. Clean waiting area. Frank was very helpful answering my questions at check in to check out.

I have been a customer of Riverhead Toyota for almost 40 years. Through out these years there have been two different owners at two different locations. I find the present owner (Ted) to be both friendly and personable. He is always willing to listen to any concerns you may have. The service advisors are professional and efficient. Quick to greet and assist you during check in . I am especially appreciative of Samantha . She always goes above and beyond with her full explanations and subsequent helpful suggestions. Thank You ….. The only problem I have ever encountered at the dealership is trying to get a loner. When I inquired recently there were none available for several weeks. A minor inconvenience as I was able to get a neighbor to shuttle me back and forth from the dealership to my home.
