Phenomenal experience - the customer service from the sales team is what keeps me coming back for leases - this is our 4th time now. The winning combination of Camille, Ian, and Kerry were the epitome of customer service. Not only did the text service help me correspond with them at times convenient for me, they were able to organize a time for me to come in to see exactly the model I wanted, agree a price, and fill out all the paperwork. When I arrived I was there for 45 minutes before driving away with my new lease. BUT THAT'S NOT THE BEST PART! Kerry, the salesman, came in the Monday before Christmas ON HIS DAY OFF, as that's the only day I could come in. AND because my wife was home looking after our 2 year-old, but needed to co-sign the papers, he personally escorted me home to get her signature (a 1 hour round trip for Kerry), so that I was able to take the car that night. Amazing.
